Fill out a Rental Application. This saves your spot in line!

You will then be contacted. At this time you can schedule a showing with me if you would like to see the property in person before paying the application charge.

Pay the Application Charge online, by mail or bring it with you to the showing.

You will then be notified if you qualify or not.

Lease Signing: Congratulations! Qualified tenants will need to bring the Security Deposit (typically equal to 1 month's rent) and the First Months Rent in certified funds to the lease signing.
