580+ credit score 
no felonies 
no previous evictions 
$50 application fee per resident for processing
 

STEP 1: Fill out an application and pay half of the application fee $25. Our team will review your application for prequalification and reach out to you to schedule a showing. After touring the unit, If you are interested in moving forward please pay the additional $25 and $50 for each additional occupant at the time of the showing.

STEP 2: Please reach out with a day and time that is convenient for a showing. 

STEP 3: Bring your remaining application payment to your showing appointment in case you would like to move forward with the application.
